As Tammy and I laid on the beach in Pattaya, Thailand (notorious for its prostitutes, but also very close to Bangkok for some last minute sun before heading home) we were approached by the usual sales of coconut oil, t-shirts,henna,necklaces, etc. but this one threw us for a loop....
