Where are the best places to visit in Thailand?

I'll be there for 3 weeks, need to start and finish my trip at Bangkok. I'd love to do elephant riding and see sights like the temples, markets and beaches. Any tips for hotels/places to visit? I'm on a budget.

What are the best skills to learn to work remotely via internet?

I`m really into travel and would love to figure out how to work remotely while sitting on a beach in Thailand or at home, preferably something that pays decent. I love computers and am creative. I was thinking about something like graphic design or web site design. Do I need to go to school for it, or can I just by a book, or what? Thanks

Nicest beaches in thailand? Best scenery? Least crowded?

I have 2-4 weeks to see thailand but i'll be traveling alone so I wanted to focus on 1 area, the safest cheapest and with nice beaches and culture hotspots. But not overly touristy any suggestions?????????

What are Thailand’s best Beaches?

I am looking to go to Thailand beginning of December, I have been to Phuket, Ko Samui and Koh Pha-ngan before, so would like to give them a miss. Am looking for somewhere, where we can spend a week or two. My idea of the best beach is pristine white sand, clearest turquoise water, not too developed. And if at all possible, somewhere that has little beach huts to stay on. When we were in Koh Pha-ngan, we stayed at Baan Panburi, www.baanpanburivillage.com, and fell in love with this accommodation, so anything like that would be a dream!
Thanks so much

Best beaches in Thailand? hotels? nightlife?

I am going to thailand this summer, and i want to just chill on the beaches. i know there are many famous beaches in Thailand, but i HATE tourists. i am looking for a quiet, clean, beautiful beach. can someone give me some suggestions? I am also trying to find nice hotels to stay, since im going by myself, i don't need any fancy places to stay in, just a cozy, clean, close to beach hotel.
I know that phuket , and bangkok suppose to have great nightlife, but i am looking for a place where there don't have to be many people, definitely not a lot of prostitutes. just few good bars, restaurants, thai spa to kind of hang out at night.

All your answers will be extremely appreciated. Thanks a lot!
Btw, it's kind of important that the hotel has a gym, i mean a good gym, so i can work out few times a week.

My sister and I(both in our early twenties) are going to Thailand in December where is the best place to stay?

We like a busy place where we can party, tan, shop & do watersports but we dont want it to be too seedy. We were thinking of Patong beach but I heard that two girls might not be safe there? Also the place we go to has to have a good new years eve party!

Which is the best (family friendly) beach/island in Thailand to go to in June?

I know it's rainy season then, so which is the best beach for the season? We'd like our young children to be able to go into the sea.
Ok, so I know which beaches are good, I'm more concerned about which beaches are good in the rainy season - June. I've heard Phuket is too rough. I know Ko Samet is a dry island, but are there any others? We're only having a few days at a beach, the majority of the time will be spent travelling round with our young (1 & 5) kids
