Krabi and the Andaman Sea – Thailand part 1
Thailands Andamen Sea coast and islands. June 2004. We flew from Bangkok to Krabi. At the airport, we boarded a minivan and headed to Ao-Nang to check out our hotel. The next morning we hopped on a ferry out to the different islands in the Andaman Sea for the day. We explored koh phi phi, phi phi li or don. Spectacular white sand beaches and turquiose water. Heaven on earth!

Unseen Thailand or Talay Waek, Krabi Thailand Part 1
Resort's website www.aonangphupetra.com One of Thailand's unseen highlights, Taley Waek is situated along Koh Dam Khwan. As the tide recedes, the sea is gradually separated by white sand and limestone beach that will appear to amazingly connect the two islands at low tide. The best time to visit Thale Waek is five days before and after the full moon from December to the beginning of May.

I dont want to pay too much but I want a hotel on a really nice beach with a beautiful scenery. I heard Ao Nang in Krabi Thailand was the perfect place for scenery. Anybody been there before that can recommend an awesome hotel?

I have stayed at the AoNang Beach Resort and it cost about a night including breakfast.
The resort is well located and very comfortable.
Go to www.asiarooms.com to book. I have always used Asiarooms and found the prices very good.

I want to go to Thailand in April. I have been to Koh Samui before, and although I love it, I'd like to try the West Coast where I haven't been (Krabi / Koh Lanta / Phi Phi).
