Im thinking of going on my own, Im looking for a quiet place, nice beaches, im not looking for seedy bars clubs etc.. Im after the real Thailand, I would also like somewhere which I can do day trips to little islands.

I dont want to pay too much but I want a hotel on a really nice beach with a beautiful scenery. I heard Ao Nang in Krabi Thailand was the perfect place for scenery. Anybody been there before that can recommend an awesome hotel?

I have stayed at the AoNang Beach Resort and it cost about a night including breakfast.
The resort is well located and very comfortable.
Go to www.asiarooms.com to book. I have always used Asiarooms and found the prices very good.

I booked my flight to BKK in January already-3 weeks time and I heard Krabi is nice-so I would like to go there.
