If you love the ocean as I do, Kata beach is one of the best beaches in all of Thailand, if you like to surf like me the southern end is the best location, for long swims around PU Island on the northern end it is one of the most scenic swims I do in Phuket. Im thinking of going on my own, Im looking for a quiet place, nice beaches, im not looking for seedy bars clubs etc.. Im after the real Thailand, I would also like somewhere which I can do day trips to little islands.
