I have stayed at the AoNang Beach Resort and it cost about a night including breakfast.
The resort is well located and very comfortable.
Go to www.asiarooms.com to book. I have always used Asiarooms and found the prices very good.

What are some secret exciting things to do and places to go in Thailand?
I've heard about many places to go and things to do... but it is all the things everyone does... I've heard about most of the well known beaches and going to many markets... But I want to know what is something crazy (and legal) that I can do... Some crazy mountain I hike to get to a beautiful waterfall.... I want to experience life and have a memorable time. So please let me know your secrets of Thailand. I want to hear how I get to the places you write about and what its called. I want to know about a shot of snakes blood, or a place to shoot a canon... Haha something extreme!
So if you could. The top five special places and the top five things I must do! Be detailed! Thanks!
Ko Chang, Thailand….. has anyone been and can recommend some things?
Hi there
My partner and I are coming to Ko Chang in April 2009 for about a week.... can anyone recommend accommodation on the island, doesn't have to be really fancy just anything that's really close to the beach, ideally on the beach front!!
Also can anyone recommend what are the best parts of Ko Chang to stay, ie: that are closer to the 'bars and restaurants' etc.....
THANKS FOR YOUR HELP!!
My partner and I are heading to Thailand in August and would like some advice on a daily THB budget?
We are going to be in Thailand for 3-4 weeks and intend to spend the bulk of that time in Koh Samui, Koh Lanta, Koh Phi Phi (although open to suggestions)
We want clean and comfortable accom (ie resort type thing but nothing too pricey), will be partial to a bit of partying and drinking and will be happy to mix it up food wise (both local food and restaurant food).
Mostly we are just looking for a chilled holiday on the beach with a bit of sightseeing.
Any advice on a daily budget (inc accom, food, daily travel/sights) for the type of trip I've described?
Look forward to your answers!
Thailand…need some great spots to go to…?
Ok, I'm going to Thailand for the first time in April with my boyfriend. I don't want to visit the wh0retowns or anything trashy. I heard Phuket is good and Coy Samoy (sp?) I'm thinking of bungalows on the beach with minimum intrusion, but great sites to visit nearby and shopping. If you've been there, can you send me the links? I also am looking for spots that are not expensive, under 2k for an excursion under a week. Pluses are spa treatments, personnel chef. I'm thinking of an Australian or Dutch type of resort-getaway where they have local dishes served along with western fare. Please provide me your experience at that place you recommend and why. LOL, I know it sounds like an assignment instead of a request for help. But I really want good feed back.
